Associate Attorney
Attorney Fernández obtained his bachelor’s degree from Florida Southern College. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Dayton School of Law. As a law student he participated in Law Review as a Staff Writer and as a member of the Editorial Board as a Comment Editor, served as a Teaching Assistant for Legal Writing classes, and was a member of the school’s leadership honors program. His law review comment Matter of Castro-Tum: How the Attorney General Jeff Sessions Changed Immigration Judicial Efficiency was published in the University of Dayton Law Review, Vol. 47, Number 2 (2022). He is a member of the Ohio Bar Association. His practice in Florida is limited to immigration and nationality law. Mr. Fernández is fluent in English and Spanish.
